Day 1–3
Discovery & Mandate
You brief us on your platform, target city, and investment appetite. Our location intelligence team runs a full catchment analysis and presents a shortlist of 3–5 viable micro-markets within 72 hours. You choose the direction — we take it from there.

Day 3–8
Site Selection & Real Estate
Ground teams physically inspect shortlisted properties. We run legal due diligence in parallel, negotiate lease terms in your favour, verify platform spec compliance, and handle stamp duty and registration. You sign only when everything checks out.

Licensing & Compliance
All regulatory applications filed simultaneously from Day 5 — FSSAI, trade licence, GST, Shop & Establishment Act, fire NOC, and all applicable labour registrations. We own every follow-up call and document resubmission. Most licences are in hand before fit-out is complete.

Day 8–22
Fit-Out & IT Integration
Fit-out crew mobilises immediately after lease signing. Civil works, cold chain, racking, lighting, broadband, and CCTV installed in parallel with WMS deployment and platform API integration. Store layout engineered for pick-speed — right SKU, right shelf, sub-3-minute fulfilment from the very first order.

Day 15–27
Staffing, Training & Fleet
Store manager, pickers, and packers recruited and background-verified from Day 15. SOP training begins as fit-out finishes. Delivery riders onboarded with licence verification. E2W fleet delivered, registered, insured, and GPS-integrated. Every team member ready before the store opens — not after.

Day 25–30
Inventory Build, Go-Live & 72hr Hypercare
Initial inventory delivered and shelf-slotted per planogram. Platform listing activated. We manage the first 72 hours of live operations alongside your team, resolving any real-time friction. Full handover after hypercare — with an ongoing compliance and ops retainer available.
