Do riders need to own the vehicles?
No. We procure the fleet owned by the store operator (or leased). Riders use the vehicles as a company asset during working hours.
Is leasing available instead of purchasing?
Yes. Fixed monthly per-vehicle lease with maintenance and insurance included — no large upfront capex.
How many riders does a dark store typically need?
A store targeting 600–800 orders/day typically needs 8–12 active riders across shifts.
What happens when a vehicle breaks down mid-shift?
Our maintenance SLA includes a 2-hour breakdown response and a temporary replacement vehicle to minimise delivery gaps.
